Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by both parties, by and between Northern Dog ("Service Provider") and the undersigned Client ("Client").
1. Services Provided Northern Dog agrees to provide the following pet care services as requested by the Client:

Dog walking
-
Home visits
-
Adventure hikes
2. Scheduling and Reservations

Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to avoid fees.
3. Fees and Payment

The fees for services are outlined in the Service Provider’s rate sheet or as agreed upon in writing.

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information about the pet(s), including health, behavior, and special needs.

Supply all necessary items for pet care, such as leashes, food, medications, and keys to the home.

Ensure the pet(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations and free from communicable diseases.
5. Medications Northern Dog is comfortable administering medications except for injections. The Client must provide clear written instructions for all medications.
6. Liability

The Service Provider is insured and will make every effort to provide safe and reliable care. However, the Client agrees that Northern Dog is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the pet(s) or unforeseeable incidents during the provision of services.

The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet(s) to property, other animals, or people.
7. Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency involving the pet(s), Northern Dog will make every reasonable effort to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, Northern Dog is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

Northern Dog reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the pet(s) display aggressive behavior or pose a safety risk.
9. Key Policy

Keys provided by the Client will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services.

Keys will be returned upon termination of services.
10. Confidentiality Northern Dog agrees to keep all Client information, including home access details, confidential.
11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state/province where services are provided.
12. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
