Book a Meet and Greet
Thank you for choosing Northern Dog!
We’re so excited to meet you and your furry friend. To ensure we provide the best care and experiences during our time together, we’d love to learn more about your dog.
Here are a few things you could share:
Basic Info: Name, breed, age, and gender.
Personality: What’s their temperament like? Are they shy, playful, or a little of both?
Likes & Dislikes: Do they love belly rubs, certain toys, or particular treats? Any sounds, places, or things they avoid?
Health & Safety: Do they have any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs?
Behavior: Are they good with other dogs? Any quirks we should know about (e.g., leash pulling, barking, or chasing squirrels)?
Commands & Training: What commands do they know? Are there any routines or rules we should follow?
Feel free to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Every dog is unique, and we can’t wait to make sure your pup has a great time with us!

Vaccination Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all animals in our care, as well as our staff and the general public, Northern Dog requires that all pets have current and up-to-date vaccinations prior to receiving services.

Client Responsibility:
The Client must provide proof of vaccination upon request.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their pet’s vaccinations are kept current throughout the duration of services.

The Client agrees to hold Northern Dog harmless for any illnesses or incidents resulting from non-compliance with this policy.
Updated Flea and Tick
Flea and Tick Prevention
To maintain a safe and healthy environment for all pets in our care, Northern Dog requires that all animals are treated with effective flea and tick prevention.
Client Responsibility:
The Client must provide proof of current flea and tick prevention treatment upon request.
Treatments must be administered according to the product's guidelines and must remain effective during the period of services.
Liability:
Northern Dog reserves the right to refuse services if proof of flea and tick prevention is not provided.
If a pet is found to have fleas or ticks during services, the Client will be notified immediately, and the pet may be removed from group activities to prevent transmission to other animals. Any additional cleaning or treatment costs incurred will be the responsibility of the Client.
Proper Collar and Gear
Gear:
Dogs must have a properly fitted collar or harness for walks.
Weather-appropriate gear (e.g., booties, jackets, or cooling vests) must be provided by the Client based on the season or specific weather conditions.
Northern Dog can provide additional leashes as needed, but the Client is responsible for supplying any specialized equipment required for their dog.
Liability:
Northern Dog reserves the right to refuse services if these health, safety, or gear requirements are not met.
If a pet is found to be non-compliant (e.g., lack of proper identification, gear, or preventative care), the Client will be notified, and services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
The Client is responsible for any additional costs resulting from non-compliance with these requirements.
Note:
We provide an all weather service, this means that you will need to make sure that your dog has the proper gear for the conditions. Consider clothing like, jackets, sweaters, shoes, and collars or harness.
